My family photography sessions are fun and relaxed. Although at times its nice to have everyone looking at the camera, as a family photographer I also understand the importance of capturing kids just being kids, playing in the sand or running down to the water's edge.

PREPARING FOR YOUR FAMILY PHOTOSHOOT
There is no better place to capture your family portrait photos than the Sunshine Coast. While I occasionally do family studio sessions, I highly recommend my clients opt for an outdoor photoshoot either at the
beach, or in the beautiful hinterland.
After you've made your booking with me and secured a date we will discuss location and styling.
Styling is a critical factor in shaping the look of the final images you receive. It is important that not only clothing is taken into consideration, but also hair and makeup.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE PHOTOSHOOT DAY?
If clients have booked in hair and makeup with one of my recommended stylists, then this will be done
at my studio. Otherwise we will meet for the photoshoot a specified time before sunset.
For young children the attention span for family photos can be quite short.
This is totally expected and I'm used to working around this as a family photographer,
so it's not something to be worried or nervous about.
We will move around quite a bit during the shoot to get a variety of images in your final gallery.
For beach shoots I like to start the shoot in some greenery and then head towards the beach for the sunset.
AFTER YOUR FAMILY PHOTOSHOOT
Once your family photoshoot is complete, it will take around 2 weeks to produce your digital images. At this point I will contact you to arrange an in person viewing at my studio,
to go through your family photoshoot gallery and allow you to choose the package & wall
art you would like. If you are not local to the Sunshine Coast or Queensland,
then we can viewing via an online gallery.

For holiday family photoshoots it is advisable to book at the same time as you book your
flights & accommodation to ensure availability.
